摘 要:通过5种处理工艺,研究蛋白酶、DCCA和H2O2处理以及H2O2+蛋白酶和DCCA+蛋白酶处理后羊毛的酶减量、表面润湿性能、上染百分率和固色性,探讨氧化预处理和DCCA氯化预处理对羊毛蛋白酶低温染色的影响机制。结果表明,40 mL/L H2O2+酶处理与3%(owf)DCCA+酶处理减量率相当,经酶处理后,织物润湿接触角、浸润时间都显著降低,且DCCA+酶处理亲水性改善优于H2O2+酶处理。通过对比试验发现,酶处理试样低温染色温度可选在68~72℃,上染百分率超过80%,且皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度变化不大。Antifehing finishing of wool was carried out with protease,H2O2,DCCA,H2O2 /protease,DCCA /protease respectively.The enzyme loss,surface wettability,dyeing-rate fastness of the wool before and after treatment were studied.While discussing the effect of H2O2 and DCCA pretreatments on the protease antifelting finishing of wool dyeing on low temperuture,the results showed that weight loss was equal between 40 mL /L H2O2 and 3% DCCA(owf)pretreatments on the protease.The wettability of wool fabrics finished by DCCA /protease was better,while the contact angle and saturation time dropped distinctively when DCCA /H2O2 pretreatment wasperformed followed by protease treatment.The scales of dyeing temprature on the wool fabric was stripped to 68 ~ 72 ℃,the dyeing-rate could exceed 80%,the soaping fastness and friction fastness of wool fabric was not distinctly varied.
