摘　　要：目前定量评价羊毛毡缩性的测试标准主要有2个:毛纺织产品经机洗后的松弛及毡化收缩试验方法FZ/T 70009—1999,主要是针对羊毛纺织产品的收缩性测试方法;散毛和毛条毡缩性能测试方法IWTO 20—2004,也被称为亚琛毡合试验,主要针对散毛和毛条的毡缩性测试方法。文章利用耐洗色牢度试验机,在亚琛毡合试验的基础上,测试丝光防缩羊毛的毡缩性,建立相关的检测方法。该测试方法仅能评价散毛和毛条的毡缩性,至于与测试毛条相对应的织物的毡缩性能的评估,需要做大量的比对测试,该测试值才能作为相对应毛织物毡缩性能评估的依据。At present,there are totally two kinds of method for testing felting properties of wool textiles.The first one is method for determination of relaxation and felting shrinkage of wool textiles after machine washing,which is textile industry standard in China（FZ /T 70009—1999）,and is used to test the felting properties of wool fabrics.The other is method for the determination of the properties of loose wool and top,which is IWTO standard（IWTO 20—2004）.On the basic of Aachen Felting Test Method,a washing color-fastness tester in this paper is used to measure the felting propertiy of mercerized shrinkproof wool top.In this way,the feltability testing method of mercerized shrink-proof wool top is built.This testing method is suitable for measuring the felting properties of wool and top.Only after a large number of comparing testment,this testing method can be used to evaluate the felting properties of corresponding mercerized shrink-proof wool-made fabrics.
