摘　　要：探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术对难治性压疮创面护理的效果。观察42例难治性压疮患者采用VSD进行创面护理后的创面愈合率和感染控制率。VSD护理后2周、4周创面愈合率分别为34.17%、51.35%;2周感染控制率为55.17%,明显优于常规护理方法。VSD技术用于创面护理效果确切,值得临床推广。To investigate the effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in patients with referectory pressure sores, the VSD was applied in 42 patients. The healing rate was 34.17% and 51.35% after two and four weeks of treatment,respectively. The infection control rate was 55.17% after two weeks of treatment,which was higher than that of conventional wound care. Therefore,VSD is proved to be effective in patients with referectory pressure sores,which is deserved to be spread in clinical practice.
