11例股静脉导管相关性血栓形成患儿的护理

摘　　要：总结了11例导管相关性血栓形成患儿的溶栓护理,选择合适的溶栓静脉通路,保证溶栓过程中血标本的采集和出凝血功能的监测,注意溶栓治疗期间患儿的病情观察和溶栓药物不良反应的观察和处理,以保证溶栓治疗顺利完成和患儿安全。本组10例经过溶栓治疗,2-7d血栓消退,1例放弃治疗。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 11 children recieving thrombolytic treatment for femoral central venous catheter related thrombosis. Proper venous access was established to ensure blood sampling and monitoring of clotting time during the treatment. Moreover,the clinical condition and adverse reaction of thrombolytic drug were observed intensively to ensure treatment success and patient safety. As a result,ten children were cured within 2-7 days and one child gave up the treatment.
