补肾壮骨胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松大鼠骨盐代谢及骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾壮骨胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松大鼠骨盐代谢及骨密度的影响。方法:SD大鼠分为正常组,模型组,中药低、中、高剂量组及西药组。Alloxan腹腔注射建立DM大鼠模型,各组予相应药物灌胃7周,并以二甲双胍为基础用药。测定血糖、胰岛素及骨钙、骨磷含量,并对骨密度进行测定。结果:补肾壮骨胶囊可降低模型大鼠血糖水平,提高胰岛素、骨钙、骨磷及骨密度水平。结论:补肾壮骨胶囊可抑制骨矿物质的丢失,上调骨密度,其机制可能与降低血糖、改善胰岛素有关。Objective:To explore the effects of bushen zhuanggu capsule on bone mineral metabolism and bone density of diabetic osteoporosis.Methods:120 rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal,model,bushen zhuanggu capsule low,middle and high dose groups,western control group,models were made by intraperitoneally injecting alloxan,each group was given the corresponding medicine for 7 weeks,meanwhile metformin hydrochloride tablets was used as the basic remedy.The fasting blood glucose,insulin,bone calcium,bone phosphor and bone density were detected respectively.Results:Bushen zhuanggu capsule could reduce rats’ blood glucose,raise insulin,bone calcium,bone phosphor and bone density.Conclusion:Bushen zhuanggu capsule could inhibit the lost of bone mineral.Up-regulate bone density,which maybe related to fasting blood glucose reduction and insulin improvement.
