摘 要:针对超导托卡马克(Experimental advanced superconducting Tokamak,EAST)氦制冷机中的低温氦透平膨胀机运行不稳定性问题,从雷诺方程出发,推导出可以一次性计算得到静压气体轴承4个性能参数的计算程序:承载能力、刚度系数、气体消耗量和摩擦功耗。做出承载能力和气体消耗量随小孔直径和随半径间隙的变化曲线。在现有条件下提出改进氦透平膨胀机的设计方法,试验结果表明,此方法能有效改善氦透平膨胀机的稳定性,该研究成果是下一步整体改进EAST低温氦透平膨胀机重要理论的前提。In order to solve the instability of cryogenic helium turbo-expander in experimental advanced superconducting Tokamak (EAST) helium refrigerator, a new computation program is developed on the basis of Reynolds equation, which can obtain the four performance parameters of externally pressurized gas bearing one off, namely carrying capacity, stiffness coefficient, gas consumption and friction power consumption. The curves of load and gas consumption which varies with orifice diameter and radius clearance are drawn up. An improved design of the externally pressurized gas bearing for helium turbo-expander is put forward in current condition. The experimental results indicate that the new design can improve the stability of helium turbo-expander effectively, which is a prerequisite of important theory stage for the further improvement of cryogenic helium turbo-expander in EAST.
