摘　　要：文章首先介绍了江苏省新型农村合作医疗取得的成效,然后分析了江苏省新型农村合作医疗存在的问题及主要原因,最后以目标规范化管理为基本思路,建立关键性管理目标,并提出相应的对策与建议。The achievements of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Jiangsu province were introduced firstly,and its problems and main reasons were analyzed.Based on which,key management objective was established guided with standardized objective management thinking.Furthermore,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
