摘  要:针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)输入功率因数易受系统参数和负载影响的问题,提出了一种带相位补偿环节的双级矩阵变换器网侧电流闭环控制方案。电流闭环确保输入电流严格跟踪电压,补偿环节实现了输入相位的无差控制。在推导TSMC数学模型,分析其输入功率因数角特性的基础上,给出了该方案的理论依据,并搭建了一台基于DSP+CPLD的实验样机。实验结果表明,该方案的采用最终使TSMC在各种系统参数和负载下具有优良传动性能的同时均能实现单位功率因数,并且降低了系统输入电流谐波含量,提高了输入电流正弦度,从而验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problem of two-stage matrix converter (TSMC), which input power factor varies with system parameters and loads conditions, a input current feedback control strategy with phase compensation component for TSMC is proposed, which ensures input currents following input voltages without steady-state error. The theoretical basis of this strategy is given based on deducing TSMC model and analyzing input power factor angle characteristic. Finally an experimental prototype based on DSP+CPLD is built. The experimental results indicate that TSMC not only owns the excellent driving-performance, but also can always achieve unity displacement factor regardless of system parameters and load effect. Moreover, the total harmonic distortion (THD) of input currents is reduced and the system input currents become more sinusoidal. Thus, the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy are verified.
