摘　　要：西藏有着丰富而独特的文化资源,中央第五次西藏工作座谈会对西藏文化的发展繁荣作出一系列安排部署,区党委、政府高度重视西藏文化工作,发展文化经济、走新型工业化道路的前景广阔。西藏要实现经济社会跨越式发展,"谋长久之策,行固本之举",就必须树立时不待我的临战意识,充分发挥西藏的资源优势、政策优势、区位优势、比较优势和后发优势,从文化产业上寻求发展支点和突破口,调整力量配置,深入发掘和培育文化经济这一优势产业,进行产业结构和经济增长方式的优化整合,走可持续发展的新型现代化之路。Tibet has abundant culture resources,which should be further explored to develop culture industry in Tibet by exerting the specialty and privilege of Tibetan culture and make it as ae new factor of eveloping economy and the major industry.The Fifth Tibetan Conference held by the Central gor has made a series of policies toward culture industry.The harmony of development of economic culture unifinication already made the fundamental trend that unifinication of current developmert.Now Chinese Cultural industry accounts an increasing proportion in the national economy,and cultural demand is increasing as well.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the management mechanism and to operate effectivery on,to make full use of Tibetan unique cultural resources and to carry out the strategy of talent,adjust the industrial structure and optimize the resource distribution,feature and brand so as to speed up Tibetan cultural industrialization and promote Tibetan leaping-over development.
