摘　　要：为了提升土地整理科学发展新水平,运用文献资料、实证与比较研究等多种方法,对山东省济宁市近十年来的土地整理项目进行了系统的研究,指出存在的一些问题,如一些地方政府重视程度不够、存在部分问题项目、资金来源渠道单一等,有针对性地提出强化土地整理管理的具体措施,如强化责任意识、严格项目管理、创新土地整理融资方式等。This paper studies systematically the land consolidation projects from 2000 to 2008 in Jining City by using the methods of documentation, case study and comparative study to achieve a new level of land readjustment. It is pointed out that some problems exist, including the lack of government＇s attention, and the singleness of project and financial sources. The paper proposes measures for strengthening the management of land readjustment, such as intensifying the sense of responsibility, enforcing strict project management and innovating the financing of land readjustment.
