摘　　要：论述了圆弧铸件的线收缩行为特征。针对圆弧铸件传统的铸造生产中,确定线收缩率方法存在的设计误区,分析了误区形成的原因,提出了在圆弧铸件设计中确定圆弧铸件线收缩率的正确方法,经过实验模型验证和生产实践验证,该设计方法完全符合设计和生产要求。The linear contraction behavior characteristics of the arc castings were discussed. The traditional misunderstanding about the method of determining linear shrinkage rate of arc castings and its forming reasons were analyzed. Right determination method of linear shrinkage rate of arc castings was put forward. The experimental model and production practice verify that the method fully meets the design and production requirements.
