摘　　要：通过生产出口日本的铸铁件的实践,从铸铁产品的内在质量和外观质量两个方面分析了日本对铸铁产品的质量要求,充分说明了日本对铸铁产品质量的高要求,对工作的严谨,这些都是国内生产铸铁产品时在质量控制方面值得借鉴的。On the basis of production experiences of iron castings,the quality requirements of castings for Japan were analyzed from two aspects,internal and appearance quality,which fully illustrated the high quality requirements of Japanese for castings and their strict attitude towards work. These are worth learning for domestic foundry men in quality control of cast iron product.
