摘　　要：文章主要探讨了用者付费制度在政府信息服务中的应用,以案例分析和理论陈述方式分析了用者付费制度实行的可行性、适用性和实际运作中应注意的问题。The paper mainly discusses the application of user - fee in government information service, analyses its feasibility, applicability and other problems involved by empirical analysis and theoretical presentation.
