摘　　要：文章尝试针对高校特点,探索平衡记分卡理论在高校图书馆中的应用方法,从"愿景、使命和战略"、"读者服务"、"投入产出"、"内部业务流程"和"员工学习与成长"五个方面构建高校图书馆的绩效评价体系,为系统评价高校图书馆绩效、促进高校图书馆的战略实现提供方法参考。The article tries to explore the use of Balanced Scorecard in universities＇ libraries, then to build an evaluation system of performance, which includes five dimensions , namely ＂vision and strategy＂, ＂readers service＂, ＂input/output＂, ＂internal operation process＂ and ＂learning and development＂.
