摘 要:超高效液相色谱/串联质谱方法分析水体中痕量氨基甲酸酯农药,在5min之内完成15种氨基甲酸酯农药的分析,回收率为80.4%—120.7%,相对标准偏差为0.7%—12.0%,检测限为0.005ng.l-1—0.2ng.l-1.在此基础上,全面分析了浙江省市级饮用水源地水体中氨基甲酸酯农药污染现状及健康风险,结果表明,涕灭威、灭多威、克百威检出率较高,浓度分别为0.86ng.l-1—29.0ng.l-1、<0.1ng.l-1—170ng.l-1、<0.01ng.l-1—14.0ng.l-1.河流型水源地水体中氨基甲酸酯农药污染比水库型水源地严重.饮用水源地氨基甲酸酯农药污染最大个人平均年风险为1.4×10-11a-1,涕灭威贡献率最高.A new analytical method to detect trace carbamates residues in water was developed using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). It took 5 mintues to complete the analysis for 15 carbamates,and the recoveries were between 80.4 %—120.7% with a relative standard deviation of 0.7%—12.0%. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) was in the range of 0.005ng·l^-1—0.2ng·l^-1.In 16 raw water samples,aldicarb,methomyl and carbofuran were detected in most samples,and the concentrations of aldicarb and carbofuran were in range of 0.86ng·l^-1—29.0ng·l^-1and 0.01ng·l^-1—14.0ng·l^-1. Concentrations of methomyl ranged from 0.1ng·l^-1 to 170ng·l^-1. Compared with reservoir,carbamates pollution in river was much heavier. The highest health risk of carbamates pollution in the investigated raw water was 1.4×10^-11a^-1,and the aldicarb had the largest contribution.
