摘 要:在内径40mm、高600mm的液固厌氧流化床空气阴极单室无膜微生物燃料电池(MFC)中,分别以污水和椰壳活性炭为液相和固相,采用间歇运行方式,考察了接种厌氧污泥条件下流化状态和流化床反应器阴极位置对电池产电性能的影响.实验结果表明,活性炭床层处于流化状态下,电池最大输出功率随污水流速增加逐渐增加至450mW.m-2,但流速进一步增加则最大输出电功率则逐步减小;而电池欧姆内阻随污水流速增加先减小后增加.另外,实验考察了阴极位置对电池产电性能的影响.结果表明,高于分布板300mm处的阴极有较好的产电性能.The anaerobic fluidized bed membren-less microbial fuel cell (MFC) with 40 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height was employed to investigate the effect of the fluidization parameters on the electrogenesis capacity of MFC. Waste water and active carbon were used as liquid and solid phase respectively. The fuel cell was started up successfully using anaerobic activated sludge as inoculums. In fluidized bed MFC,the power density was increased to 450 mW·m-2 and then decreased quickly with the increase of circular liquid velocity.The internal resistance decreased then increased with increasing superficial velocity of wastewater. Furthermore,effect of cathode position of fluidized bed MFC was also investigated in this test. The cathode at 300 mm above distributor has a higher electrogenisis capacity than at 150 mm above distributor.
