摘 要:目的采用MR新技术T2 Star weighted angiography(SWAN)序列探讨脑微出血的MR影像表现。方法对42例临床有症状的病人进行常规磁共振序列(T1WI、T2WI)、DWI、T2*GRE序列、SWAN序列扫描,筛选出15例有皮层或皮层下微出血的患者,将SWAN得到的图像应用统计学方法与T2*GRE序列图像进行对比。结果 MR新技术SWAN序列与T2*GRE序列相比能发现更多的病灶,T2*GRE序列图像上发现皮层或皮层下微出血的数目是SWAN图像的41.7%,SWAN图像较T2*GRE图像有更高的CNR。结论 SWAN序列是一项新MR技术,能早期发现脑微出血病灶。Objective To detect the cerebral microhemorrhage foci using T2 Star weighted angiography(SWAN).Methods Fifteen patients with cortical or subcortical microhemorrhage were selected from 42 patients who underwent conventional MR(T1WI,T2WI),DWI,T2 GRE and SWAN scan.SWAN and T2 GRE images were compared.Results More bleeding foci were observed on SWAN images than on T2 GRE images.The cortical or subcortical bleeding foci observed on T2 GRE images accounted for 41.7% of those observed on SWAN images.The contrast to noise ratio(CNR) was higher on SWAN images than on T2 GRE images.Conclusion SWAN is a new MR technique and can show early cerebral microhemorrhage foci.
