摘 要:气举是积液停产气井诱喷复产的常用工艺,气举诱喷成功的前提是拥有足够高的气源压力。文中针对实践中遇到的气举气源压力时有不足的难题,从诱喷的过程就是减少井筒积液量过程这一基本原理出发,运用反向思维,论证提出了注气合压降液诱喷复产工艺思路,并通过理论计算分析,对工艺应用的技术关键进行了研究,优化形成了"合压降液—正举诱喷—反举排液"组合工艺方法。工艺采取对积液井实施油管与环空注气合压,通过将部分积液暂时压回地层,减少井筒积液量,进而利用油管与环空容积差异,实施正举诱喷,实现了降低诱喷对气举气源压力需求的目的,将气举诱喷的气源压力需求降低了40%左右,有效地提高了气举技术应用的适应性,拓展了技术适用范围,现场应用取得了良好的效果。Gas lift is a normal technology of induced flow reproduction in watered-out gas well. The premise of successful gas lift is to possess the enough high gas source pressure. This paper puts forward to the reproduction technology of reducing liquid gravity and induced flow with gas injection and resultant pressure by the use of reverse thinking in view of the problem of insufficient gas source pressure encountered in actual operation, based on the principle that the induced flow process is to reduce the process of liquid loading. The key technologies of application process are studied through the theoretical calculation and analysis, which forms the combination technique of reducing liquid gravity with resultant pressure-induced flow with normal circulation of gas lift-water drainage with inverse eireulation of gas lift. The technology takes the gas injection with resultant pressure between oil tube and annulus spaee of watered-out well in order to decrease the liquid loading and utilize the volume difference between oil tube and annulus space to implenlent the induc, ed flow with normal circulation of gas lift through pressuring the partial liquid loading to formation temporarily, which achieves the demanded aim of gas source pressure of gas lift when reducing induced flow. The demand of gas souree pressure of gas lift decreases by 40%. The conformability of gas lift technology application is improved effectively and the application range of the technology is expanded, which obtains a good effect in field application.
