摘 要:文23气田属高矿化度盐水干气藏,随着地层压力下降,天然气中饱和含水气量增加而造成地层水大量蒸发达到过饱和而结晶,形成了各种盐垢,难以清除。采用实验室方法筛选与复配,研制出适合文23气田盐垢类型的抑盐防垢剂和除垢剂,综合性能指标评价较好。通过开展系列化和配套化防治技术研究,形成了适合文23气田不同结盐井的井筒清防盐工艺技术和地层清防盐工艺技术,取得了满意的防治效果。Wen 23 Gas Field is the dry gas reservoir with high-salinity brine. With the decline of reservoir pressure, the increase of saturation moisture content in natural gas results in a lot of evaporation of formation water, reaching oversaturation and crystallizing, which forms various salt deposits to be difficult to clean out. The restraining-salt antisludge agent and scale remover, which are suitable for the salt deposit type of Wen 23 Gas Field, are developed through adopting the laboratory screening and compositional formulas. The comprehensive performance evaluation is good. Through the development of seriation and necessary controlling technologies, two sets of eliminating and preventing salt deposit technologies for the borehole and the formation have been formed in different sah deposit wells in Wen 23 Gas Field, which gain the satisfactory prevention effect.
