摘 要:目的探讨仿真教学在成人护理教学中的应用效果。方法将护理专业227名学生以班级为基准分为试验组112名和对照组115名,试验组在成人护理教学中采取仿真教学方法,对照组用传统的教学方法,比较两组理论考试、操作考核成绩。同时发放调查表,请临床带教教师对两组临床见习中知识掌握程度、动手能力、沟通和应变能力等进行评价。结果两组理论考试成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但操作能力和带教教师的评价试验组的平均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在成人护理教学中采取仿真教学有利于提高学生的动手能力和综合能力,可以有效缩短课堂教学与临床实际的距离。Objective To explore the effect of simulation teaching on Adult Nursing teaching.Methods Totally 227 nursing students were divided into experimental group(n=112) and control group(n=115) according to their classes.The simulation teaching was used in the experimental group in the teaching of Adult Nursing,and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups.At the same time,clinical nursing teachers were surveyed to evaluate the students' comprehensive abilities by a self-designed questionnaire.Results There were no significant differences in the theoretical examination results between the two groups(P〈0.05),but the experimental group was better in practical performance and the teachers' evaluation on the students' comprehensive abilities than the control group.Conclusion Simulation teaching contributes to improving nursing students' practical abilities and comprehensive quality in the teaching of Adult Nursing.
