摘　　要：目的:探讨分析同种异体半关节移植治疗下肢关节端骨肿瘤的疗效。方法:对23例下肢累及关节端骨肿瘤,术前根据X线、CT或MRI测量肿瘤的长短和范围,选取匹配的异体半关节及固定材料,行关节端骨肿瘤切除及同种异体半关节移植修复骨缺损术,术后X线评定骨愈合,并评估其功能恢复情况。结果:手术后6～9个月在X线片显示移植骨与正常骨组织结合部间隙消失,或间隙模糊且有足够骨痂形成,可放弃支具独立行走;术后约10～12月取出内固定材料,约14月后功能活动逐渐恢复正常。结论:同种异体半关节移植治疗下肢关节端骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损是一种切实可行的有效方法。Objective：To investigate therapeutic effectiveness of half-joint allograft transplantation for the treatment of bone tumors in lower extremity articulation.Methods：A total of 23 cases of patients with bone tumors in lower extremity articulation were analyzed in the experiment.Before operation,length and scope of tumors were measured with X-ray,CT,MRI,and the matching half-joint allograft and fixed material were selected.Then,operation were performed to repair the bone defects by removing the tumor and performing half-joint allograft transplantation.After operation,bone healing and functional recovery were assessed with X-ray checking and other ways.Results：Six to nine months after operation,X-ray film showed that bone gap disappeared or obscured with poroma between normal bone and transplanted bone,and the patients could walk without helps.About ten to twelve months after operation,fixed material were removed.About fourteen months later,activity function went better even to normal state.Conclusion：Half-joint allograft transplantation is an effective and practical way to treat bone defect resulted from bone tumors in lower extremity articulation.
