复方远志合剂镇咳祛痰作用研究及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的研究复方远志合剂镇咳祛痰作用及评价其安全性。方法取昆明种健康小白鼠40只,体质量18～22g,雌雄各半,随机分成对照组,复方远志合剂低、中、高剂量组,采用氨水诱发小鼠咳嗽法和大鼠毛细管祛痰法,并通过急性毒性试验检验复方远志合剂的安全性。结果①复方远志合剂高、中、低剂量组均能使氨水致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期延长,咳嗽次数减少。其中高、中剂量组与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②复方远志合剂高、中、低剂量组均能使大鼠120min内排痰量增加,与生理盐水组相比,高、中剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与氯化铵组比较,高剂量组差异无统计学意义,中、低剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方远志合剂具有镇咳、祛痰的作用且安全性良好。Objective To research the antitussive and expectorant effects and safety of Fufangyuanzhi Mixture. Methods Chose 40 Kunming healthy rats whose weight was 18 ～ 22 g,and bisexual each half were randomly divided into control group,Fufangyuanzhi Mixture low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group. Producing cough by Ammonia spirit measuring sputumn capacity with capillary. And examine the security by acute toxicity experience. Results ①Compared with the normal group,Fufangyuanzhi Mixture at high,medium and low dosage groups could extend the incubation period and decrease the cough rate significantly. Among of them; high and medium dose groups had significant differences （ P 0. 01） ,②Compared with the normal group,Fufangyuanzhi Mixture at high,medium and low dose group can increase the expectoration in 120 minutes. Among of them,high and medium dose group s had significant differences （ P 0. 01）. Compared with ammonium chloride group,the high dose groups had no difference,low and medium dose group had significant difference （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion It shows that Fufangyuanzhi Mixture has cough relieving effect and expectorant effect. which is safe.
