摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9在胎膜早破早产孕妇血清、羊水中的含量与胎膜早破早产的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定胎膜早破早产孕妇(早产组)14例与正常孕妇(对照组)14例血清及羊水中MMP-9的含量。结果早产组孕妇血清及羊水中MMP-9的含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清及羊水中MMP-9的水平与早产有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of MMP-9 in serum and amniotic fluid of preterm women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods The levels of MMP-9 in serum and amniotic fluid were detected in 14 cases with premature rupture of membranes（ premature group） and 14 cases of normal pregnancy（ contrast group） by ELISA. Results The levels MMP-9 in serum and amniotic fluid of preterm women with premature rupture of membranes were significantly higher than those in contrast group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of MMP-9 in serum and amniotic fluid of the pregnant women are associated with the onset of preterm labor.
