视力检查引发护理纠纷的原因及防范对策

摘　　要：目的探讨视力检查引发护理纠纷的原因,提出防范对策。方法回顾性分析视力检查引发护理纠纷的原因。结果护理人员工作责任心不强,主动服务意识不强,法律意识薄弱,护理文书中的风险,忽视心理因素对视力检查的影响,护患间缺乏有效沟通是护理纠纷发生的主要因素。结论对护理人员进行相关法律知识培训,加强业务学习;提高健康宣教能力,严把病历质量关,转变服务理念;增强服务意识和维权意识,加强护理管理;持续改进护理质量是减少护理纠纷的有效措施。Objective To explore reasons of nursing disputes caused by visual inspection and to propose measures. Methods Reasons of nursing disputes caused by visual inspection were respectively analyzed. Results Lack of job responsibility,awareness of the lack of active service,dim legal awareness,risks in nursing documents,neglecting of psychological factors on the impact of visual inspection,ineffective communication between nurses and patients are the main factors in nursing disputes. Conclusion Associated legal training for nursing staff,strengthening of vocational study,improving ability of health education,strictly controlling the quality of medical records,changing in service awareness,enhancing the sense of active service and awareness of protection rights,strengthening nursing management,continuously improving nursing quality were effective measures to reduce disputes.
