摘　　要：本研究在化学和生物学的基础上,综述了鞣质的药理活性,着重介绍了鞣质的抗脂过氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抑菌、抗炎、抗过敏、解毒、生发、增强肾功能等方面的作用。In this paper,on the basic of chemistry and biology introduces an overview of the pharmacological activity of tannin and focuses on the tannin anti-lipid peroxidation anti-tumor、anti-virus、anti-bacteria、anti-inflammatory、anti-allergies,detoxification、hair growth、strengthen the role of renal function.
