摘  要:目的对不同季节、不同时间、不同地点和不同献血人群的血液样本进行检测,分析上述因素对献血员献血后检测结果的影响,探讨经济适用的快速检测方法,对流动献血者血样进行快速检测和献血后结果查询。方法统计3年来同一季节、同一时间段采集血液的检测结果,分析季节、时间、献血人群血液检测结果,采用采血前ALT、HBsAg等检测项目的快速检测和对既往献血者的结果进行微机查询。结果上述环境因素对献血者的血样检测结果在ALT、HBsAg等检测项目上有影响,使用采血前快速检测后有效减少了阳性血液或反应性血液的采集,减少了献血后对环境的污染。结论街头流动献血应加强ALT、HBsAg等可行的快速检测和既往献血者献血后档案微机查询。夏季采血应加强饮食和休息等的问询。快速检测方法的建立等手段可以有效避免血液资源浪费和减少血站环境污染。Objective The purpose of the different seasons, different times, in different locations and at different blood donors of blood samples for testing analysis, analysis of these factors on blood donors after blood test results, and to explore the economic application of rapid detection methods, rapid detection of blood flow blood donors and blood after the results of queries. Results The above - mentioned factors on the blood test results after the blood ALT, HBsAg test items such as an impact upon the use of rapid tests are effective in reducing the positive reaction to blood or blood collection, reducing the pollution of the environment after blood donation. Conclusion blood banks. Mobile blood donation should be strengthened ALT, HBsAg and other rapid detection of viable and past blood donors after the file information, the summer of blood in particular, should be strengthened such as diet and rest inquiries in order to avoid waste of resources and reduce environmental pollution blood banks.
