摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗布-加综合征的护理应用体会。方法采用介入治疗的方法对82例患者进行了治疗。所有病例均给予术前充分准备、心理护理、术中配合、术后康复指导及并发症观察处理。结果所有患者无严重并发症，术后一周下肢肿胀明显减轻，肝脾不同程度缩小，胸腹壁静脉曲张明显好转。结论介入治疗具有创伤较小，切口小，手术时间短，并发症少等特点。是治疗布-加综合征的首选。做好围手术期的护理有利于提高临床效果，降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with Budd- Chiari Syndrome by interventional therapy. Methods Eighty - two eases with Budd - Chiaxi Syndrome were treated by interventlonal therapy.All cases were given careful nursing care before, during and aner the interventional therapy. Results The edema of lower limbs and varicose thoracic - epigastric veins relieved obviously one week later. The swollen liver and spleen reduced at different degree. Conclusion Intcrventional therapy is the Fast choice for treating Budd - Chiari Syndrome because it has minimal invasion, smiler incision, shorter procedure time and less complications. Clinical effect could be improved and post - operative complications could be reduced by effective peri - operative nursing care.
