摘  要:目的探讨急悝CO中毒心肌损伤患者NT—prOBNP的表达及血清NT—proBNP水平与cTnI、CK—MD水平的相关性。方法选取2007年10月至2008年10月息性CO中毒患者54例,分为急性CO中毒心肌损伤组(n=34)和急性CO中毒无心肌损伤组(n=20),对照组为健康查体者(N=32)。用酶联免疫吸附分析法测定血清NT—proBNP浓度,另测定cTnI、CK—MB浓度。结果急性CO中毒心肌损伤组血清NT—proBNP浓度高于无心肌损伤组患者,P〈0.001。无心肌损伤组和对照组相比元明显变化,P〉0.05。在急性CO中毒心肌损伤患者中,血清NT—proBNP浓度与血清cTnI和CK—MB呈正相关(r分剐为0.901和0.909,P均〈0.001)。结论血清NT—proBNP在急性CO中毒心肌损伤患者中明显升高,为早期急性120中毒心肌损伤诊断的生物学指标,对于急性CO中毒的治疗具有重大的指导意义。Objective To investigate the myocardial injury in patients with acute CO poisoning in the expression of NT - proBNP and serum NT - proBNP level of cTnI, CK - MB level of relevance. Methods from October 2007 to October 2008, 54 patients with acute CO poisorting were divided into acute CO poisoning, myocardial injury group(n = 34)and acute CO poisoning without myocardial injury group (n = 20), the control group was healthy volunteers persons (n = 32) .Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay of serum NT - proBNP concentration, another determination of cTnI, CK- MB concentration. Results of acute CO poisoning, myocardial injury, in serum NT - proBNP concentration was higher than in patients without myocardial injury, P 〈 0.001. No myocardial injury and control groups showed no significant change, P 〉 0.05. In patients with acute CO poisoning, myocardial injury, serum NT- proBNP concentration and serum cTnl and CK- MB was positively correlated (r=0. 901 and 0. 909, Pall 〈 0. 091). Conclusions Serum NT-proBNP in patients with acute CO poisoning, myocardial injuly was significantly higher in patients for early diagnosis of acute CO poisoning, myocardial injury in the biological indicator for the treatment of acute CO poisoning is of great guiding significance.
