IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、SysmaxUF-100尿液分析仪及人工显微镜镜检检测尿红、白细胞的分析研究

摘　　要：目的通过与SysmaxUF-100尿液分析仪及人工显微镜镜检的对比分析探讨IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪的性能、特点及应用价值。方法随机选取我院186例住院患者晨尿标本，分别用IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、SysmaxUF-100尿液分析仪及人工显微镜镜检进行检测，分析多个参数结果。结果（1）三种方法对尿液中红、白细胞的栓出率较一致。（2）三和方法对红细胞检测敏感度略高于白细胞的敏感度。（3）IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪大大提高了对红细胞、白细胞检测的敏感度。结论IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪敏感度较高，可实现尿液分析的自动化和标准化。Objective To evaluate the performance, characteristics, and the application values of IQ - 200 full - automatic urine sediment analyzer. Methods With IQ - 200 full - automatic urine sediment analyzer, SysmaxUF- 100 urine analyzer and manual microscope, we determined the urine samples of 186 hospitalized patients in our hospital and analyzed the results. Results （ 1 ） Through the three kinds of test methods, the detection rate of RBC and WBC is consistent. （2）Tnrough the three kinds of test methods, RBC is more sensitive than WBC. （3）IQ - 200 full - automatic urine sediment analyzer can improve the sensitivity of RBC and WBC test greatly. Conclusion The sensitivity of IQ - 200 full - automatic urine sediment analyzer is higher, which can realize the. automatization and the standardization of urinalysis.
