尿白蛋白检测对儿童紫癜性肾炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨尿白蛋白(UA)检测对儿童紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的诊断价值。方法采用免疫散射比浊方法测定103例过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿和30例正常对照儿童的UA水平,并进行比较分析。结果HSP组UA水平为27.3±84.4 mg/L,对照组为3.1±1.2 mg/L,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。HSP患儿中的HSPN组UA水平比非HSPN组和对照组都显著性增高。ROC曲线分析显示,UA诊断HSPN的曲线下面积为0.766±0.042。结论UA检测对HSPN具有较好的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of urine albumin（UA） in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）.Methods The levels of UA in 103 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura（HSP） were determined by immune scatter turbidimetry,and 30 healthy children were chosen as control group.Results The average level of UA in children with HSP was 27.3±84.4 mg/L and that in control group was 3.1±1.2 mg/L（P0.01）.The levels of UA in HSPN group were significantly higher than those in non-HSPN group and control group.The analysis on curve of receiver operation characteristics（ROC） showed the area under curve（AUC） was 0.766±0.042.Conclusion The determination of UA may be served as a good index for diagnosing HSPN.
