老年糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠蠕动恢复的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察老年糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠蠕动恢复,探讨相应护理措施。方法抽取我院老年(≥60岁)择期腹腔镜胆囊切除患者共50例,糖尿病组24例,非糖尿病组26例,比较两组病人的肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间。结果糖尿病组术后肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间均明显高于非糖尿病组。结论老年糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后肠蠕动恢复较一般老年人慢,需加强护理。Objective The observation old age diabetes patient do lapayoscopy posteyior intiene wyiggIes the restoration,the discussion correspondingIy nurses the measure.Methods The cId agepatient（≥60 years oId）pick anauspicious date the Laparoscopy choIecystecystectomy aItogether 50 exampIes,the diabetes group 24exampIes,the non-diabetes group 26exampIes,restore the time and the anus exhaust time compared with two groups of patients＇ abdominaI rumbIing sounds.ResuIts After diabetes group techniquethe abdominaI rumbling sound restores the time and the anus exhaust time obviously is higher than the nondiabetes group.Conclusion The old age diabetes patient do laparoscopy cholecystectomy posterior intestine wriggles restores the common senior citizen to be slow,must strengthen nurses.
