摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺超声在妇女健康体检中对发现乳腺疾病的应用价值。方法以2009年在我院体检中心进行健康体检的女性为分析对象,进行分类、统计分析。结果 2 563例受检女性中,878例经超声检出有乳腺疾病,检出率达34.3%,其中乳腺增生占60.0%,居本次统计的首位;其次是乳腺囊肿、乳腺纤维腺瘤及单纯性乳管扩张,分别达15.6%、14.9%及7.7%等。结论将超声应用于女性健康体检或妇女病普查中,对患乳腺疾病的女性做到早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗,对减少乳腺癌的发生有至关重要的作用。Objective To study the application value of lactiferous gland ultrasonography in female medical examination to discover the lactiferous gland diseases.Methods The clinical data of females having medical examination in this hospital in 2009 were retrospectively analyzed and classified.Results In a total number of 2 563 cases,878 cases had lactiferous gland diseases through ultrasonography,the incidence rate was 34.3% .The detection rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands was 60% ,taking the first place in statistical result.The next diseases were galactocele,fibroadenoma of breast and simple comedomastitis with the incidence rates of 15.6% ,14.9% and 7.7% respectively.Conclusion The application of lactiferous gland ultrasonography in female medical examination plays an important role in discovering lactiferous gland diseases,especially early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,in order to decrease the carcinogenesis of mammary gland.
