摘　　要：胜采三矿是全局采油大矿,大部分油井井口分布在工厂、饭店、村庄周围以及工厂院和村庄里面,生产油井分布点多、面广、巡井环境复杂。近年来,在油区油井井口上盗窃分子用袋子盗取原油的现象经常出现,给油田开发管理和经济效益造成很大损失。尽管我们采取了四种井口安装防盗取样考克防盗措施,在一段时间内起到了一定防盗效果,但目前油井井口出现原油被盗态势有所回升,袋子油屡屡出现。通过调查分析,寻找技防措施的弱点、不足,研发出了油井井口取样防盗技术,在油区推广应用收到良好的防盗效果,改善了油区综合治理效果。Is it quarry three ore whether the overall situation recover the oil big ore, most oil well well head distribute around factory, hotel, village and factory institute and village to win, produce the oil well and is distributed one more, one is wide and patrolling the environment of the well complicatedly. In recent years, on the well head of the oil well of oil district steal molecules and often appear with the phenomenon of stealing the crude oil of the sack, cause very great losses to development management and economic benefits of oil field. Though we have taken four kinds of well head installation to guard against theft and take a sample to take an exam of one gram of theft-proof measures, get up to certain theft-proof result within some time, but the well head of the oil well presents the stolen situation of crude oil and goes up to some extent at present, the sack oil appears repeatedly. Through investigating and analysing, look for the measure-proof weakness of skill, deficiency, the theft-proof technology that research and develop the well head of the oil well and take a sample, popularize and apply and receive the good theft-proof result in the oil district the fruit, has improved the comprehensive administration result of oil district.
