海西中部沿海风能资源应用探讨

摘  要:目前风能利用日益得到重视,本文通过具有海西中部代表性的崇武气候基准站气象观测资料进行计算该地区的风能指标,结果显示:海西中部沿海主导风向为NNE,其次为NE;历年风速呈逐年下降趋势,53年平均风速为6.14m/s,2008年已下降至4.4m/s。从风能的风速指标来看,≥3m/s和≥6m/s的风速分别为7000小时和3000小时以上,属于风能丰富区,而从年平均风速和有效风能密度来看,该地区属于风能可利用区。海西中部沿海地区由于气候变化,风能资源由丰富区逐渐下降为可利用区,但仍适宜开发风力发电。Now,it' s attach importance to use of wind energy.In this paper,use the climatic data from the meteorological station on the Chongwu which is adequate representation to Heisey central to sount the key performance of wind energy. The results show that the main prevailing wind direction is NNE and the next is NE.The annual wind speed average tends to drop with 6.14m/s in 1953 and 4.4 m/s in 2008.The duration of effecive wind of greater than 3m/s and 6m/s is 7000 hours and 3000 hours respectively.Based on this index, the region belongs to abundant wind energy area.While,according to annual wind speed average and effective wind energy density,the region belongs to available wind energy area,With the change of climate,the region turned to abundant wind energy area from available wind energy area.Based on the study,the Chongwu Coast is a available area to develop wind electricity.
