摘 要:电厂中的风机既要有很高的运行稳定性,又要有较高的运行效率。对两组轴流式风机分别在保持相同转速和相同最高压比点参数的条件下,进行气动性能的实验研究。结果表明:具有弯掠动叶的轴流风机不仅提高了运行效率,而且能大幅度地拓宽稳定运行范围。根据实验结果,分析了其高稳定性和节能优点的机理。Both high working reliability and high working efficiency are needed in fans of power plant.The axial flow fan with skewed swept rotating blades satisfies the needs in present paper.Experiments of variable working conditions on aerodynamic performance of axial fans with conventional (radial) rotating blades and skewed swept rotating blades are carried out.The rotating blades are equipped with same geometrical parameters and thermodynamic parameters.Two prototype fans are designed.One is a base line fan with blade stocking lines radial oriented,the other is fan having skewed swept rotating blades of increasing greater forward skew.The performance testing shows that the fans have same rotating speed in the first part.And then experiments are carried out under the condition of same perk pressure and flow rate.Aerodynamic testing shows that the fan with skewed swept rotating blades has advantages of widened stall margin (steady working range) and high efficiency.Steady working range is widened over 17 percent,aerodynamic efficiency increases about 2 ̄4 percent.
