摘　　要：根据砷化镓半导体的光吸收特性设计了一种新型的发电机转子温度检测系统。利用模拟装置，在实时、动态、非接触的情况下实现了发电机转子模拟温度检测，取得了满意的实验结果。A new kind of generator rotator temperature measuring system is designed based on optic absorption theory of GaAs semiconductor.With designed temperature measuring system,under dynamic and contactless condition,it is realized measuring generator rotator temperature timely on simulafion platform.
