摘　　要：在污油与硅藻土、活性白土搅拌混合箱之前设置一套助滤剂稀释装置,同时在冷轧中增设减少铝板带轧后表面带油的装置并对各减油装置精心调节,从而提高了轧制油清洗性能,减少了铝板带表面的带油量,减少了铝板带油斑废品。A filtration auxiliary agent diluting device has been built up in front of the mixed box.There are diatomaceous earth and active filtration earth in the box.So the rolling oil cleaning capability has been increased.An adjustable oil cleaner has been put on the cold rolling line for cleaning the oil at the aluminum plate and atrip.The oil traces have been reduced and the reject products of oil spots have been decreased accordingly.
