摘  要:研究了圆锥球磨机磨制铝-镁合金粉时,钢球在球磨机内的分布规律和运行轨迹。研究表明,钢球在风力和衬板的作用下,钢球按球径从大到小从磨机头部至磨机尾部顺序分布;一部分钢球在惯性重力主导下在磨机内呈抛物线运动,对物料产生冲击作用,另一部分钢球随磨筒运动,在小于临界转速时滑落对物料产生研磨作用,这两种作用使被磨物料得以磨细。在此基础上提出了在磨制铝-镁合金粉时避免粉末粒度不均匀的措施。This paper has studied the distribution pattern and movement track of the steel balls in the mill while milling the Al-Mg alloy powder with the cone-type bowl-mill.The study shows that under the affect of the air force and the linings,the steel balls are distributed in acordance with the order of diameters from big to small along the mill from the head to the tail.Some balls present parabolic motion in the mill under the guidance of the gravitation force,and they impact on the powder stock.The other balls move along with the shell and fall down to powder stok when the rotation speed in lower than the critical one.The material is milled to fine.Based on the study,a milling process preventing uneven size of the Al-Mg alloy powder has been put forward.
