文丘里旋风水膜除尘器利用废碱液脱硫的试验研究

摘　　要：试验研究了文丘里旋风水膜除尘器利用废碱液进行烟气脱硫时主要参数对脱硫效率的影响，并运用双膜理论对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明该方法可达７０％～８０％的脱硫效率。本研究为除尘脱硫一体化的设计及利用废碱液进行除尘脱硫的运行操作提供依据。In the test and research of flue gas desulphuration by using waste alkali liquid in Venturi cyclone water film precipitator,the effect of main parameters on desulphuration efficiency was tested,and the results were analyzed by using double film theory.The results indicate that the desulphuration efficiency of this method can reach 70%～80%.This can be the foundation of integration design and operation of dust precipitation and flue gas desulphuration using waste alkali liquid.
