摘　　要：结合人工智能中的群智能技术,对网络舆情热点发现及研判机制进行了研究,探讨了群智能技术在舆情信息采集技术、热点信息发现模型和舆情发展趋势预测模型等研究中应用的可行性,对网络舆情的监管具有一定的借鉴意义。Together with swarm intelligence technology, the paper focuses on online public opinion＇s hotspot discovexy and pre-warning mechanism including the technology of gathering online public opinion, the model of hotspot discovery and the forecast mechanism of cyberspace public opinion, which is a certain significance to effectively detect and control the cyberspace public opinion.
