摘 要:以戊二醛为交联剂,丙三醇为增塑剂,采用溶液共混法制备了聚乙烯醇/胶原水解物复合膜(PVA/CH复合膜),考察了热处理对复合膜溶胀和溶解性能的影响。结果表明:热处理减小了复合膜的平衡溶胀度,可能是在热处理过程中引入了新的交联点。热处理时间越长,其平衡溶胀度越低。在水溶液中,PVA/CH复合膜会发生部分溶解而失重,在溶解的初始阶段主要是小分子增塑剂(丙三醇)向水相的扩散,而热处理能够抑制溶解与扩散的发生。With glutaraldehyde as crosslinker and glycerol as plasticizer, poly (vinyl alcohol)/collagen hydrolysate composite membranes (PVA/CH) were prepared by solution mixing. The influences of thermal treatment on the swelling and dissolving properties of the membranes were studied. The results showe that swelling ratio at equilibrium is decreased by thermal treatment, indicating the formation of new erosslinking sites in the composite during thermal treatment. With increasing the treatment time, swelling ratio at equilibrium decreases. PVA/CH composite partially dissolved in aqueous solution and weight loss is observed. It is mostly because of the migration of small molecules, plasticizers glycerol, from the composite to the aqueous phase at the initial stage of dissolution. Thermal treatment may restrict the dissolution of composite membranes.
