摘  要:为解决中温烟气脱硫(flue gas desulfurization,FGD)反应过程的流阻损失大、吸收剂易磨耗导致钙流失等问题,针对已有的石灰/飞灰水合吸收剂(T-T Sorbent)的不足,通过添加生物质制成新型钙/生物质基水合吸收剂(T-Tb Sorbent)。研究表明:T-Tb吸收剂比重小,与石灰相近;颗粒粒径进一步减小,使固硫反应速率增加10%;吸收剂的磨耗量由100%降低至32%,耐磨耗能力显著提高。原因是生物质经水合和高温热解后生成的水合硅酸盐强化了吸收剂微粒之间的结合力。T-Tb吸收剂在固硫和磨耗方面具有综合优势,足可取代原有吸收剂。T-Tb sorbent was studied to resolve the problems of high flow resistance and large calcium loss resulting from sorbent attrition in flue gas desulfurization(FGD) at moderate temperatures.CaO/fly ash hydrated sorbent(T-T sorbent) has some disadvantages;therefore lime and biomass were slurried together to prepare a calcium/biomass based sorbent(T-Tb sorbent) with a lower specific weight similar to the lime.The sulfation rate of the T-Tb sorbent increased 10% due to the decreased particle sizes.The attrition rate of the T-Tb sorbent decreased to 32% compared with 100% for the sorbent without biomass.The anti-attrition properties were significantly improved with the hydrated silicate strengthening the force between particles after the biomass and lime were slurried together and calcined at moderate temperatures.The T-Tb sorbent can replace the original sorbent owing to the sulfation and attrition advantages.
