摘　　要：在概述战略规划以及战略规划在图书馆领域应用情况的基础上,从管理体制、行业示范、理论指导等方面对我国公共图书馆战略规划缺失的现状进行总结,并分析其成因,根据国外的经验以及我国的实际情况,提出相应的解决措施,以期对我国公共图书馆战略规划的建设发展起到推进作用。This paper briefly introduces the strategic planning, summarizes the current situations of the public libraries in China on strategic planning from four angles, analyzes the causes, and based on the successful experiences of foreign libraries and the facts of China, puts up some measures to solve the problems and to promote the strategic planning in libraries of China.
