摘　　要：针对我国经济开发区这一特殊区域的公共图书馆开展信息服务的特殊性和新颖性,通过分析比较泰达、苏州等我国现有主要经济开发区图书馆提供信息服务的现状、问题、共性及差异;同时结合笔者所辖工作对天津经济技术开发区读者和潜在用户信息需求的实际调研分析,阐述并提出适合该类型图书馆的基于客户需求的现代信息服务模式,以期抛砖引玉,供该类型公共图书馆不断完善信息服务工作。In view of specificity and novel of information service of public libraries in the particular area of economic development area, compared by analysis of existing status, issues, similarities and differences of library information services in major economic development areas such as TEDA, Suzhou, combined with the work of the author in the actual research and analysis on Tianjin Economic- Technological Development Area＇ s readers and potential users＇ information needs, elaborated and proposed a modem information service model suitable for this type of library customer-oriented for them to improve the information services.
