摘  要:目的观察电兴奋疗法对糖尿病神经源性膀胱(diabetic neurogenic bladder,DNB)患者的影响。方法将62例DNB患者随机分为两组。治疗组32例在综合治疗和护理的基础上加用电兴奋疗法,进行膀胱排尿功能训练;对照组仅在综合治疗和护理的基础上,进行膀胱排尿功能训练,疗程为3周。结果治疗组显效24例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率为96.9%;对照组显效11例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为80.0%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组膀胱残余尿(Bladder residue urine,BRU)比较,治疗组显著低于对照组,(t=-15.64,P<0.01)。结论在综合治疗和护理的基础上,DNB患者采用电兴奋疗法的效果优于单纯进行膀胱排尿功能训练,护理操作简便,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of electro-excitation therapy for patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB).Method 62 patients with DNB were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group,32 cases based on the comprehensive treatment and care,added electro-excitation therapy,running bladder voiding function training;the control group only did the comprehensive treatment and care,added bladder voiding function training,the treatment of both group lasted for 3 week.Result There was 24 cases excellence in treatment group,7 cases effective,ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate was 96.9%.There was 11cases excellence in control group.effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 80.0%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05)).To compare the bladder residual urine(bladder residue urine)of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,(t=-15.64,P〈0.01).Conclusion Based on the comprehensive treatment and care,the effects of electro-excitation therapy on DNB patients were better than that of only running bladder voiding function training,the nursing procedure was convenient,and was worth popularizing.
