健康成年人左室心肌质量磁共振成像分析

摘　　要：目的 利用心脏电影磁共振成像评价20～29岁健康成年人左室心肌质量.方法 对31例（男15岁,女16岁）20～29岁健康成年人行电影磁共振短轴成像,利用专用心功能测量软件自动测量出左心室功能的指标.结果 ①男性左心室心肌质量（EDM）的正常值范围：103～145 g;男性左心室心肌质量指数（EDMI）的正常值范围：60～83 g;②女性左心室心肌质量的正常值范围：78～91 g;女性左心室心肌质量指数的正常值范围：54～63 g.③体表面积（BSA）与EDM呈正相关;而与性别呈负相关.结论 左心室质量存在性别差异,BSA对EDM有影响.Objective To evaluate the quality of left ventricular mass and physiological factors in healthy adults with cardiac cine MRI. Methods 31 healthy adults （15 men and 16 women,ranged from 20-29 years old in age） underwent left ventricular （LV） short--axis cine MR imaging. The indexes of LV function were measured at the workstation（ AW3.6）with the application of auto- matic detection and mouse hand--painted method. Results The normal ranges of end diastol mass （EDM） and end disatole mass in dex（EDMI） in men and women were （103～145） g and （60～83） g,（78～91） g and EDMI （54-63） respectively. The body surface area （BSA） was positively related to the EDM, while the sexual identity was a negative correlation. Conclusion The BSA of the healthy adults has impact on the EDM. The left ventricular mass and myocardial quality are different between men and women.
