摘　　要：分析了国内现有调度中心、变电站监控中心、运行维护中心等运行模式的特点与适用情况。从运行管理、业务流程、关键技术等多个方面探讨适应集约化管理的调度集控一体化的建设思路,为地区调度集控一体化建设与管理实践提供借鉴。The characteristics and applying situations of operation modes of the existing domestic dispatch, substation control and operation ＆ maintenance centers are analyzed. The construction method of the integrative dispatch and centralizing control center adapting to intensive management is discussed from the aspects of operation management, procedure and key technologies, which provides a reference for the construction and management of the integrative regional grid dispatch and control center.
