急性阑尾炎超声声像图与病理分型的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声声像图特征对急性阑尾炎临床分型的意义。方法对264例术后病理证实为急性阑尾炎患者进行回顾性分析,与其术前超声声像图特征进行对比分析。结果 264例急性阑尾炎中,超声检出215例(占81.44%),其中单纯性阑尾炎14例,化脓性阑尾炎119例,坏疽性阑尾炎76例,阑尾周围脓肿6例。结论超声对急性阑尾炎不同类型的诊断有重要临床价值。Objective Using ultrasonography to discuss the association about clinical classification of acute appendicitis.Methods 264 cases of pathologically confirmed acute appendicitis were analyzed after operation,which were all checked by ultrasonography before.Results In 264 acute appendicitis patients,215 patients were found by ultrasonography（81.44%）.In all of these 215 patients,simple appendicitis were 14,suppurative appendicitis were 119,gangrenous appendicitis were 76 and appendiceal abscess were 6.Conclusion Ultrasonography had important clinical value for different types of ultrasonic diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
