摘  要:当前的网络环境下,在Windows平台上多媒体应用的开发结构复杂,并且可扩展性差,易用性不高。针对此特点,介绍了流媒体传输的基本协议RTP/RTCP,分析了实时传输协议(RTP)协议中的负载类型和当前基于RTP的多媒体应用的特点和结构,采用大型软件流行的架构方法,为多媒体应用开发构建了一个基本框架,充分考虑了将来扩展的需求和易用性,并给出一个实例,说明了实例的应用效果,证明了设计的框架是可行的,最后讨论了一些不足和将来的趋势。In current computer network circumstance the multimedia application development on Windows platform is complex and it is poor in extensibility and easy-to-use. Based on this, the paper describes the basic protocols RTP/RTCP of streaming media transfer, analyzes the payload type of RTP and the characteristics and architectures of current RTP-based multimedia applications. And by using the popular architecture means of big software and with full consideration of the extensibility requirement and easy-to-use in the future, an underlying framework for multimedia applications development is constructed, and an example illustrates the results of practical application, and indicates that the proposed framework is effective and feasible. Finally, some deficiencies and development of the frame work are discussed in this paper.
