摘 要:以(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O,BaCO_3和Eu_2O_3为原料,用高温球磨法制备稀土掺杂发光材料BaMoO_4:Eu^(3+)粉体.利用XRD,SEM和发射光谱对粉体的结构、形貌和性能进行了表征,研究了球磨温度、球磨时间以及Eu^(3+)掺杂量对粉体发光强度的影响.结果表明,用高温球磨法可降低材料的制备温度,并提高Eu^(3+)的猝灭浓度从而提高了发光性能.在球磨温度为600℃、球磨时间为4 h、Eu^(3+)掺杂量为15%(摩尔分数)的工艺条件下制备了具有优良发光性能的BaMoO_4:Eu^(3+)粉体.在高温球磨过程中,球磨和高温同时作用于反应物,显著提高了反应体系的活化能,促进反应的快速进行,实现了高温机械合金化.BaMoO_4:Eu^(3+)phosphors were synthesized by high temperature ball milling method and using(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O,BaCO_3 and Eu_2O_3 as raw materials.Crystalline phases,morphology and luminescent properties of sample were characterized by XRD,SEM and emission spectra. XRD patterns indicated that a single phase of BaMoO_4:Eu^(3+)can be obtained by 4 h ball milling at 600℃,with 15%Eu^(3+)(mole fraction)dopped concentration.Photolumincence experiment results showed that the emission is a line spectrum and the main peak is located at visible red light (616 nm).The synthesized temperature was decreased about 400℃while the dopped Eu^(3+)concentration was increased about 7%than those of chemical deposited method.The BaMoO_4:Eu^(3+)powders has considerable luminescent intensity prepared under the optimum technological conditions.In the high temperature ball milling process,the cooperation action of milling and temperature,significantly increased the activation energy of the reaction system.
